Our hardening Shop

Four fully automated bainite machines achieve a constantly high quality in the hardening process. With the aid of the individual recipe control, the individual parameters are adapted ideally to the special requirements of the product.

Continuous recording of the parameters and a high level of monitoring during production ensure a high product quality. Here as well, the ability to substitute the plants with each other also provides a high degree of flexibility and constant quality in the hardening process.

The individually adapted parameters also ensure the optimum use of necessary resources. The use of a salt recovery system via the cleaning of the external water cascade additionally results in increased product quality.
